Accused in POSCO case how can i get out of it

I accused in pocso case but i did nothing and already got jail for 3 months as trial and now lawyer saying there is no need to injury in main part of child in this case and no need to dna etc. if she saying you did we cant do any thing you have to go jail for 14 years now what i should do ???????
though your query is not clear and its bit confusing, I would like to answer. If I am not wrong you are out on bail, and your trial is suppose to begin. Now it all depends on how your trial advocate handles it. It would be better if you share Say of victim and also of witness along with FIR copy, it would clear many doubts.
