When does court give jail punishment under sec 11 & 12 of pocso act and in what grounds.....cause I've done some mutual sexting with a girl who was 17 ...but now 18.....and we didnt shared any photos nor meeted.....she previously told me that she was 17 not 18....but at that time I overlooked....but when I realized she is not 18 I immediately stopped all sexual chats and everything

If the girl can satisfy the court, that the boy was major and she was minor, moreover, there was no consent in physical relationship from her side, the court will punish the boy if proper evidence is submitted against him.
