Can I compromise with this section even if there is a daying declaration may I know the process please?
Culpable homicide amounts to the murder is grave offence,so it cannot be compoundable in nature under 320 of crpc.
For any causing death related offences,you can not compromise the case. Further,dying declaration is considered as one of the key evidence and considered as substantial piece of evidence and solely on the basis of DD the court can convict the accused.
