A man cheated her wife and me how can I take action against him

HI, I would like to ask here, as i am in relationship with a Man who got married to some other girl due to some reason , now his wife knows about us (after 3 year of his marriage )and threatening me and her husband to put behind bars as we cheated him, but the thing is This Man has cheated both of us as he promised me that he will divorce his wife and marry me but he did not till his wife get to know about us.. please advice me is there any law in India so she can drag me in court or jail, as i am not culprit but victim indeed.
