in a private complaint case ongoing case ....petitioner filed a petition under Section 319 CrPC (now Section 351 BNSS) along with supporting documentary and electronic evidence (audio and video). The opposite counsel has not filed any counter or objections to the petition. In this situation, what is the next procedural stage—will the matter be taken up for arguments, or can the court proceed to pass orders directly

if not filed objection court can pass orders directly after the presence of accused the pre summoning stage where the argument stage is not conducted so the court passes orders directly complaint order sufficiency of heart attack
