My gf was groped by a boy in her house when no one was there, but she didn't say anything as her mother and father the whole family was fighting then, so she didn't wanted to stress her mother, now that she is 18+ she wants to press charges against him. What can i Or her do? And all the evidence suggests that he didi grope her. By judging what he said to his friends and by her details discretion of what happened on that time.

We can file a criminal case against this guy in the court of law and persecute him for not only sexual harassment but criminal defamation as well and he may very well face jail time for that. She can always file a complaint in writing and address the same to the police station according to her jurisdiction. And if the police fail to entertain her then she can also file a petition under section 156(3) CrPC for registration of FIR against the culprit.
