PW के ऑनलाइन बैचों पर सामान्यतः रिफंड नहीं मिलता, लेकिन डबल पेमेंट या गंभीर तकनीकी त्रुटि होने पर रिफंड मिल सकता है। खरीद के 10–15 दिनों के भीतर समान कीमत वाले किसी अन्य बैच में स्वैप (बदलाव) भी किया जा सकता है।

Yes a return of property needs to be filed before the same Honourable court room it’s a simple application that needs an argument as to how your property ( Moveable or non moveable) is not relevant to the case or as the case may be. Kindly get in touch sir
