whether two different proprietor firms can bid same tender in Uttar pradesh , each having its GST, current bank account , pan card, if belongs to husband & wife respectively
Both are income tax payer & preparing their balance sheet separately
Yes, two different entities can bid for the same tender as a firm is a seperate legal entity despite the fact that it is controlled by husband or wife. It also depends upon the bye-laws laid down for the bidder to follow.
