Directors Share of Professional Tax in Telangana

Two individuals hold the position of "Director" in two separate entities (A Ltd., & B. Ltd.) located in TG State. Reg. Directors' share of Professional Tax, if company A Ltd., has already paid the Professional Tax for the said Directors in a Fin.Yr., does company B.Ltd., still need to pay Professional Tax to the same Directors in that particular Fin.Yr.; considering it is a separate legal entity?

professional taxi speed only once show director has to pay only one text for bahut hi company and it is illegal if the tax payer charge for two different hai professional tax opportunity given to me I can give you a pistered legal advice
