Validity of NDA before registration

I have prepared the NDA for Patent on 100 Rs stamp paper which is signed by me but not sighned by the other party yet.I want to know the validity of this document.
The validity of the document depends on factors such as both parties having signed it, term of the document, parties to the document, termination clause, etc.
