Dear Sir/Madam,nnI developed a test portal. As the course, assignment and reference book of every school is different, there is a requirement of students to generate the test from their specific assignment. So I want to create a test school wise from their specific assignment wise. Is this legal to use the same thing on the test portal ?
as long as your motive is not comercial or doesn't get you to earn money as profitable opportunity from the said usage, it won't be attracting the provisions of violation of intellectual property rights.
