I had take Shop act lisense in the year 2005 as a name "Al malik haj tours and travels" but a party which take Trademark as a name " AL - MALIK" IN the year 2016 .
And now he has giving me legal notice that i will note take this name "AL-MALIK" For business.
And our business is same nature.
Not what i need to do
