please do answer my two questions
1. I have seen many website s terms and conditions. Some websites write that IT IS THE DUTY OF THE PERSON TO TIMELY CHECK FOR THE UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If they can update their terms without prior notice,then users will not get notified and NONE OF ITS USERS EVERY TIME SEE FOR THE UPDATED TERMS?
2. Can they have the right to demand for money IF THEY HAVE WRITTTEN THERE THAT AFTER SUCH PERIOD OF TIME ONE HAS TO PAY SUCH AMOUNT OF MONEY.?[note: in the case where there is no signed agreement between the website and its user]

No you cannot do this. payment related updation is required to be visible and accepted by the user at all times. that means it should be on the home page or at the relevant page where user can subscribe the same by accepting or there should be a pop up message on the home page. It is mandatory that user accept the terms of payment and make payment voluntarily
