What is the procedure to get my web content copyrighted and my logo trademarked? How long will it take from the date of application?

You will have to file application as u r the author of the content before Copy rights authority in New Delhi, it will take 1 to 1 1/2 yrs. In the case of Trade marks, depending upon your place of office there are 4 trade marks authority you will have to file in that place with some Forms, time will be the same or more in this case than the copy rights.
