Personal documents on trademark website how can I delete it

I have mistakenly uploaded personal documents on Trademark India portal for using their service. How do I delete/remove my personal documents from this website? the documents are public and can be misused and I'm really afraid. I have emailed all the email ids on the website ipindia.gov.in but haven't received any reply. The phone numbers dont work either. Should i file a FIR or does it fall under cyber crime?
It would be necessary to examine the documents and the Comprehensive Online Filing of Trademark account (Proprietor) in question before commenting on the matter. In case the portal does not allow correcting the mistake then it would be necessary to liaise with the Registrar which can be handled by our Firm's Trademark team.

thank you for your query, can you please provide me the trademark application number so that we can check what documents you want to be deleted. in normal course the documents once uploaded online are not allowed to be deleted. but if really the documents are sensitive then you may be required to meet personally with the Deputy Registrar and request him for the removal of any such documents.
