Other person has a twitter account on my registered name, please solve

Hello, I started my website name Coachunt.com, but it is registered in India as a HSB Paathshala Private Limited. After Creating website now I notice that one person is using twitter account named with Coachunt. It could be problem for me ? He can claim that I am using same name of his twitter account ? Thanks

HI, if you have register domain name from qualified listing of ICANN -Accredited Registrars and if you have trademark registered or applied under similar name, then only you can only claim the name on twitter, in fact in the combination of both you can establish legal right and can write twitter also to take this down or IP infringement but its one side, many factors matter before reaching final conclusion.
