Any logo, trademark and information thereto is the intellectual property of the rightful owner to whom it belongs and it can't be used by any other person, entity or organization for commercial or non-commercial purposes without having due permission from the original owner.
One needs to not only intimate the original owner about the use but also needs to have due permission in written were in the specific way of use has been described in between the parties.
Non-compliance of the procedure discussed above is a crime and the person found indulged in it will be prosecuted for the case of counterfeit.

Hi,

First of all, signed the agreement with said companies which logo or names you are planning to upload on your website and take appropriate NOC cum permission to use their logos or names with purpose.
Then, only only its legal. The companies have full legal rights to sue you or your company (if any) for using their logo or names without their permission.

You may feel free to contact me for these kind of technical agreement and advice. My firm provides services to our corporate clients.

That would depend on your agreement with the brand owners and the terms issued for the coupons. If the terms are silent then they may be used for specifically this purpose.

Further, you will need to comply with the provisions of the Payments and Settlements Act based on the type of transactions that will be made, I.e. whether they are close ended, open ended or hybrid.

Friend,
Companies treat their Trademarks and logos like their children. They have SOP's in place. If you touch any logo or trademark with their express permission then you run the risk of paying heavily.DO NOT MAKE ANY COMMERCIAL USE OF ANY KIND.We can help you on retainer basis to ensure that once you run the copy to be used through us then we will get all the required paperwork etc done.

Yes under law you are required to take permission from them to use their logo in your website. If you post logo without thier permission they may sue for infringement of trademark
