Legal Requirement for obtaining a patent for a new sport

We have a new idea for a sport and would like to see if we can obtain a patent or a copyright. I would like to know how much it would cost and what would be the legal requirements for such a thing?

in order to obtain the patent right and copy right you need to get your firm registered firstly either atleast one of the following proprietorship, partner ship or company and then with the DIN Number and you can apply with the patent agents available
