How to file a patent application

I have filed a patent from amity university. After filing the patent due to some medical issues I resined. Now I have completed my patent and send all related data to the amity university for completing. The amity university is not responding my mail and the they are telling that they are not authorised to respond any non amity mail id. In such case whome should I cobtact to complete the payent. I have only few days remaining, after that the time period will be laps and patent can not be completed because after filing the provisional patented we get one year time gor completing it.
Your concerns are justified. Please get in touch with a patent agent for completing the process. You may seek consultation if necessary. Kindly remember- better late than never. Even after filing process, you will have to go through other processes. I believe the patent has been filed in your name and Amity Univ has nothing to do with it.

We need to understand one thing, who own patent rights, it's you or Amity university, did you file patent as employee or it's your own work outside the course of employment or you work with amity incubation centre or you both own equal rights or do you have any IP assignment agreement. Do you have receipt of provisional patent application, check under whom name patent has been filed.
If its own work/invention than you don't need to rely on amity for filing complete application, you can simply put application and go ahead. If you need further clarification please schedule a meeting with us and come with necessary documents so we can go ahead with it, if the provisional period is lapsing very soon we can put application with justification for delay.
