How can I sell my domain name

if i have sonyhit.com domain and i want to sell it to sony Corporation who trademarked "sony". so my question is that can i sell them without any worry of back fire or legal notice of trademark violation or can i use this for my website

If you are selling the domain name then where is the question of backfiring. If they wanted to issue any legal notice for Trademark Infringement etc. they would had done so by now and may had got your domain name down instead of purchasing it.
So you can sell the domain name without any fear, however, do have an domain transfer agreement while selling the domain name.
