Can we register brand name in three different classes

If WE register our brand in more then three classes in one application some say we get a class 99 eligibility please explain class 99 theory i cant find any thing related class 99. Please help
Yes. You can register your brand name under 3 classes.
Class no. 99 is basically specified to mean a reference for a multiple class application.
I.e. in short, it is a multiple class application (more than 2 classes)
The details of the classes and the class no. (I.e. between Class 1 to 45) will be mentioned along side the class specification.
