No you can't. Amazon is a well known mark and it's registered in several countries across the globe giving the sole right to the original owners to use it. In legal terms what you are asking for is known as counterfeit and it's a crime.

Your query is not clear.You want only "Amazon Clothing' as shop name? OR you mean any similar website name as your Shop name?.
Answer for First assumption: You cannot keep Amazon or any such similar name Eg; Amazoon,Ama - zeon etc.Names must not be similar Phonetically as well as optically.
Second instance: You need to ask me what names you are considering other than Amazon then I can research and confirm to you.

No you cannot use the Trademark "Amazon Clothing" for your retail store since Amazon is a wellknown trademark of online store and your adoption of identical mark will reflect an association between you and Amazon. Further, amazon company will not shy to file an infringement case against you.

No, you can not use the name AMAZON CLOTHING for your retail store as it will amount to dilution of trade mark of the word Amazon, being amazon is an international brand. If you use the word AMAZON there is likely hood of confusion that the AMAZON has entered into retail business.

Hi, it is better that you use some other name in stead of that used by online shopping website. It may create confusion and you may land up in some trouble there after. As per the provisions of company act, you should not use the same name which is already existing and registered.
