Poor infrastructure and bad services in school hostel against online a

16 days ago my daughter was enrolled in class Xi in a Kolkata based school with hostel facility. This school was selected after having seen the available hostel facility. The school which claim as english medium school, but in reality practice local language more than english which has become language barriers for my ward. Those facilities which were advertised online either doesn't exist or the quality seems to be very poor. It's totally not hygienic at all. I want immediate withdrawal
