Indian Bank mismatched someone’s else account with my mobile number

I have an account with Indian Bank. When i started my Phonepe UPI which automatically links all the bank accounts associated with your phone number in the app. It automatically associated an account i didn’t know whose. Now someone sent me money 30k which was transferred to this account. There is no way i am getting that money back nobody is helping. And this case is of last year due to its complexity i left it as it is but now i really need money. I need help.

Approach the concerned bank where you hold the account and enquire about the transaction and ask them to resolve the issue. If bank refuses to entertain your query you can approach Consumer Forum against the ill treatment and deficiency in service by the bank.
