Bought diamond stud too loose for my ear...not ready to customised

I bought diamond stud in standard gold shop ...but the stud is too loose for my ear ... actually they are not studs ,nosepins.they changed nosepins into studs ...so it's very loose for my ear ...lately I use the stud i realise very loose and odd for my ear .but they refused to customise.. at the end I lost one my diamond stud ...I filled the grivence in consumer helpline..but disclosed ...what is my next step to retrieve stud
