Wrong Warrant Order .Plz Help Me

Sir Agar wrong warrant order ho jaye to kya kare .Hum jis property mein rehte hai waha 33 years ho gaye .mere father ke name se case tha 6 year pehle unki death ho gayi .Jiske sath case chal raha tha wo ye property nazayaz tarike se hadpana chahta hai usne na Court mein property documents show Kiye hai na trust deed kyu ki is property ka koi owner nhi hai .Ab usne almed aur baillief ko Paisa khila kar judge ko wrong report de kar hamein jagah Khali krne ke warrant order niklwa diye hai . Warrant order cancel krwane ke liye karna padega . please ap meri help karo

Agar warrant order galat tareeke se nikala gaya hai, to aapko turant uske khilaf Court mein review ya recall application file karni chahiye. Aapko court ke samne yeh dikhana hoga ki saamne wale ne property ke asli documents nahi diye, na hi trust deed show ki gayi. Agar bailiff aur judge ko mislead kiya gaya hai, to uska bhi saboot ke saath virodh karna zaroori hai. Aap ek civil lawyer ki madad se warrant cancel karwane ki application daal sakte ho. Jaldi action lena zaroori hai, nahi to aapko property se hata diya jaayega.
