It seems the opposite party hasn’t replied despite the court notice and 120+ days passing. In such cases, you can move the court to proceed ex-parte (without their participation) by filing an application, showing proof of service of notice. The court can then hear your case based only on your evidence and documents. You should request the judge to record the defendant’s non-appearance and proceed with arguments or evidence stage. Also, confirm from the court registry that notice service was validly completed, as any defect in service may delay the process.
