if in any writ petition it is ordered that Notice Re:Stay as well.... what does it means??

It means the Court had summoned the respondents in the writ petition and operation of Order challenged under the writ is stayed. Order against which writ is filed becomes inoperative for a temporary period for which stay is granted. Hope it solves ur query
