Writ Petition Filed against Mumbai University

My child appeared for 6 semester 5 year law course in May17, then many students answer papers were lost in the process. He was given ATKT in 1 subject. We asked for photocopy of answer paper. we were provided scanned copy of the answer paper which was not legible and even the printed margin and writing lines were missing due to poor scanning quality. We again requested for the original answer book copy but we were not provided and we were made to come after every 2/3 days but nothing was given to us. After many communications we filed a Writ in the High Court on 2 July18 seeking the original copy. First date was given on 10Aug18, but they didnt turn up nor did they file an affidavit. Next date was on 23rd Aug18 but the court got changed. Next date was 3rd Oct18. We waited patiently but again the date was postponed. Now we dont know what we should do from here. Should we file an application in the court with a request to pass the ex-party order order in students favor with a show cause
