withdrawal of passport from court

hi,i was having case quash on 2014 where my passport was deposited now its been 10yr still didnot recieve my passport.what can be the procedure without stepping to court and lawyer help to get it back

sure. your quashed case details, certified copy of the order of successful grant of quashing and previous lawyers' documents, all that your have. then fees will be discussed. or else, get your hands in this.

An application to this effect needs to be made before the Hon'ble Court wherein you had deposited your passport along with the certified copy of the order of discharge/quashing. If your passport would be expired by now, makes a little bit of difference in carrying out this work.
