Will there be legal action in case of bond breaking

i have a bond for 2 years of 3 lakh. I have a better offer now and its been 4 months. the probation period is 6 months. will there be legal action if i break the bond? i cant afford to pay the bond amount. please help. can medical reasons solve the issue?
As per the recent development in law made by the Supreme Court and various High Courts, such bonds are lopsided and are not legal and enforceable under law.
