What should I do if my vehicle is in superdari? Can you explain the meaning of superdari and its imp

I lost my vehicle papers 6 months ago, and when I applied for new ones, I discovered that my vehicle is under superdari. I don’t know why it is in superdari or what case has been registered. How can I find out what offence has been committed and resolve this issue? Could you explain the meaning of superdari in English and Hindi?

okay, the records of your vehicle need to be check and inspection needs to done, to see whether any court case is pending against ur vehicle in terms of any accident or incident. you need to consult me as soon a possible.

If your vehicle is under Superdaari it means that the vehicle which is a part of trial has been with due permission of court taken in the custody of the person who has furnished undertaking for Superdari. It has nothing to do with loss of papers of vehicle. So you better approach the concerned court which has accepted Superdari in respect of your vehicle and inspect the case file of the concerned matter.
