What legal action against Neighbor Interrupting in Construction work

Dear Sir, I am constructing new house at my home town But my neighbor is interrupting the Wall construction work which is facing his side. As per document, We have space available for 3 and half feet on his side to take water from Well(But the Deep well was closed long back without our confirmation, and there is no mutual agreement documents/Evidence for closing Deep Well). Planning to file Case against him. Please Advise Additional Space : 3 and half feet 1/4 th of Well is applicable for me. The above details are available in Sale Deed and EC Documents.
You will have to file a bar injunction suit against your neighbor restraining him from interfering with your possession of your property. You can also proceed against him for trespass on property for wrongfully closing the well.
