What is the procedure of revaluation of exam

25-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am a bds(dental) student who just wrote 3rd bds exam and failed to clear 2 subjects out of 3. In one subject I fell in short of 1 Mark and the other was of 5 marks. In one subject which the two Evaluators gave me 33 and 23 out of 70 so the difference between the marks is 14.29 and if it was 15% it would go for revaluation . As I approached my respective hod of the subject and showed her my answer copy they suggested that I could have got around 5 marks so can I approach court and would it be of any help

No use in approaching the courts in academic matters
