What is the eligibility criteria for 3 year LLB course in maharashtra

Does it require to pass graduation in first attempt with 50% for being eligible for 3 years law program in maharashtra.I had a KT in final year but have cleared it now so will I be eligible?(Apart from CET exam I am asking abt eligibility criteria)

You get admission to Law College on the basis of merit list. You're eligible, but your chances to secure admission are very thin because of the low marks in Graduation. Sorry. But you can try other open universities.

in Maharashtra the eligibility criteria is different for different universities
minimum 45% marks requred in degree course some universities has its own criteria like cutoff list for merit
for all universities CET must requires

Only graduate degree holder is eligible to apply for LLB course. since past one year there is common entrance test conducted by state government. The said CET need to passed by each candidate to qualify for admission to LLB.
