What is the eligibility crieteria of obtaining OBC certificate

My parents both mother and father are group C government employees in maharashtra gov. And income from salary is above 10 lac and we have no other source of income than salary. So am i eligible to get ncl certificate as i have read one gov GR stating i am eligible. And if i am eligible the local village officer (talathi) refuses to give income certificate saying it exceeds 6 lac so what should i do about that? My category is OBC. Also am i eligible to apply for gov jobs under obc category in future considering my parents income. What is my status?

As per recent GR passed in last month it increase income up to 8 lakh.

1. First , You show you are separate from your parents & you have show some commission basis income which is partly .
2. Secondly , You can apply fresh caste certificate which issued to fresh MRC number by the revenue office .
3. Thirdly , After getting caste certificate , then you can apply non cremy layer certificate .

income certificate is an certificate mere showing annual income of family under income tax ACT also.
your status is an citizen of india .
by naturalization by birth certificate.
and income certificate is issued to person having an income and have to allow the income tax to state.
please mentioned which kind of national certificate is required.
