Waiver/ quashing of ESIC UG bond in presence of armed forces ssc bond

24-Sep-2026 (In Civil Law)
I am a doctor, completed MBBS from ESIC medical college Bangalore. I had signed a bond to serve 1 year during the admission. After graduation I worked for 4 months in accordance with the bond and then discontinued as I got a PG seat. During the time I kept a bank guarantee in order to collect my documents from ESIC. However I got PG seat in the armed forces and had to sign a bond for 5years here. Now my bank guarantee with ESIC is going to expire. Is there any basis to request waiver of esi bond

Only the dean has power to waive . U need to provide reasonable points that u r serving to another govt institution nd it is also public service . Further it is clearly mentioned that within a month of non serving bond condition, they will encash it without notice thus u need to draft precise reasons nd similar bond fulfilment by another way
