Validity of Be.d. or bachelor of education degree for teaching job

i have got bed from recognised university during regular service of railway group D in 2014 without take NOC and steady leave because there is no provisions in service rule of railway. only i take earn leave during bed final examination. I sent resignation letter by post but railway dismissed me before 6 years ago . now i want to join in teacher job in bihar or central government. will any difficulties happen for teacher job in government sector.

your question is incomplete . you have been dismissed as penalty or what , be clear .there are CCS rules for service employes. visit a local lawyer with details . seven four double eight one seven eight nine three seven.
