Validity of affidavit for marksheet correction

Sir there's single mistake in my mother's name in 12 marksheet but everything is correct in the other documents, will affidavit be enough during the time of document verification for neet counselling.

iske liye apko board se help Leni hogi jaha se apki marksheet aayi hai y fir school principal se baat Karo wahi iska name correct karwa skte hai kuki iske liye affidavit kaam ni karega job selection and kisi course m
