Using Full Name for College Admissions and Legal Documents

02-Aug-2024 (In Civil Law)
I didn't include my surname on my class 10 CBSE certificate and followed legal procedures to get a gazette certificate with my full name. Based on my school's advice, I didn't update my class 10 certificate and used the same name without a surname for my class 12 certificate. Consequently, I filled my name without a surname in entrance exam forms and changed my Aadhaar card for verification. Can I use my full name for college admissions, PAN card applications, and other legal documents?

All the documents required only the class 10 certificate so you cannot use the full name unless you go for the name change and get it published as well. all the documents mentioned by you herein will require your class 10th certificate for putting up your name and that will be validated
