Upstairs Neighbour making noises at different times of day

My upstairs neighbour is making noises at 6 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends. Noises like furniture moving hammer banging etc. At evening they are turning on a machine with horrible sound vibration. Now we talked to the neighbours they completely denied it. We talked to the home owners association they talked to them but no solution. Please help me with this. This is affecting our day to day life.

Hi dear, Firstly, Send a Formal Legal Notice to the neighbour detailing the nature of the noise. Secondly, File a Noise complaint with local authorities such as local police, Municipality and environment health department. Thirdly, File a Civil suit and request for injunction and damages.
