Uploaded centre ews certificate not state candidature is rejected

I have uploaded the centre ews certificate in 2024 and I don't have state ews certificate of 2024 now the commission is demanding the state certificate of 2024 and if not they reject my candidature ...pls tell what is the solution of this

“Applicant was fully eligible under EWS category and had already uploaded valid Central EWS Certificate within stipulated time. Non-submission of State EWS Certificate is only procedural in nature and the same may kindly be permitted to be furnished subsequently in the interest of justice. If advertisement specifically made State EWS Certificate mandatory before cutoff date, then case becomes comparatively weak, but still equitable relief can be sought if eligibility actually existed on relevant date.
