trespassing ,damaging and asking about old account

i had recently bought the property ,my society management is asking me for maintenance of old 3 years that is 42000 rupees . And as per our legal documentation it is clearly described that I will not be reliable for any old accounts .They trespassed my property and sticked a paper of notice without any information just saying u have to pay the left over. they had also cut the tree in front of my house.

It seems more serious than the appearance per se. Cutting off the trees won't be trespassing! Affixing a notice on your door, within your boundaries of plot being pvt property might be a good case of trespassing. however, the main issues is that of the previous outstanding payment towards maintenance. it's between previous owner and society.
