We can seek immediate protection by filing a civil suit for injunction before the competent civil court. In the suit, we will also file an application of the, requesting the court to grant an interim injunction restraining your brother from cutting, damaging, or interfering with the remaining teak trees during the pendency of the case. This will help in preventing further harm and preserve the subject matter of the dispute until a final decision is made by the court.

You can immediately lodge a written complaint with the local police and forest department, as teak wood trees are protected and felling without permission is illegal. Simultaneously, file a civil suit for permanent injunction in the local court to restrain your brother from cutting the remaining trees. Collect proof of ownership and photographs of the trees for evidence. You may also claim compensation for the loss of the two trees already cut. Quick legal action will help safeguard the remaining trees.
