To understand eligibility for obc in delhi

I was a resident of Rajasthan till December 2023, had an obc certificate in Rajasthan. I got married in January 2024 and my husband is a Jat of Delhi and also holds obc certificate. Now I want to get obc certificate of Delhi. Is it possible ? If yes then what is process for the same as I need to apply for scholarship and I am not sure if I can get it if I attached income certificate of husband from Delhi and my obc certificate from Rajasthan

it is very much possible for you to get an obv certified cate from Delhi. The marriage certificate of yours will be sufficient to show that you are married to a person who holds the obc certificate of Delhi
