M rajasthan k lie ews form bharna chati hu mere mother house wife h aur father retired h government service papa ki income 8 lakh se toh neeche but y batao rajasthan k lie ews m bhai ki income bhi include hogi kya vo software company m private job krta h

किसी व्यक्ति की समस्त स्रोतों से प्राप्त होने वाली आय को आधार माना जायेगा, आपके पापा की आयकर विवरणी में जो आय दर्शायी गयी है वो अगर EWS की सीमा से कम है तो ही आप पात्र है ।वर्तमान में आयकर की सीमा EWS हेतु 8 लाख है

No, your brother’s income is not counted for EWS eligibility in Rajasthan unless he is unmarried and below 18 years of age. The EWS income limit of ₹8 lakh per year applies to the applicant’s family unit, which includes parents, spouse, children under 18, and unmarried siblings under 18.
