Mujhe stocks market me kuch acchi knowledge he. Mere dost ne 2 client lakar diya bola jo profit hoga client aur tu 50-50 le lena. Uski baat me me gya me. Lachchi ban gya. Kese trading start Kiya. Mujhe loss hone lage . Mere wajah se dono ke 20-20k ka loss ho gya. Ab wo log apne pese maang rhe he. Aur case karne ki dhamki dete he. But unke pass koi proof nhi he na hi koi aggreement he. account handling ki. Mujhe 1 month ka time chahiye jisse agar case Bane to unhe pese lota saku. Please help
Agar koi written agreement ya proof nahi hai jo yeh dikhata ho ki aapke beech account handling ya profit-sharing ka contract tha, toh legal case banne ke chances kam hai. Lekin agar aap unhe samjhane ki koshish karein aur ek written agreement ya settlement ka proposal dein, jisme aap unse 1 month ka time maang sakein paisa lotane ke liye, toh situation control mein aa sakti hai.
