Society Secretary Brings Conveyance Notice Based On oral Instructions

29-Jan-2025 (In Civil Law)
Our building secretary has brought a document regarding building conveyance saying that the court had given him and oral instruction and he has drafted the circular based on that. Can any court or judge give an oral order or direction ? Shouldn't any legal document be in written form ?

No court or judge gives oral orders or directions without written documentation. Any legal order must be recorded in official court proceedings or orders. Ask for a certified copy of such instructions. If no written order exists, the claim of an oral instruction is legally questionable. You may challenge the validity of the circular if it lacks documentary support.
