Single girl child for my daughter's college admission

Attested by EXECUTIVE MAGISTRATE WITH OFFICE SEAL but it also stating that. SWORN BEFORE ME , FACTS NOT CHECKED , can I add this certificate for my daughter's admission. On enquired they say these affidavit contains these lines .is it ok

it is not clear what certificate has been attested by the executive magistrate it is also not clear how you intend to use this in your daughter's admission whether it is a cast certificate or any other domicile certificate is not at all clear

yes you can. that is a valid affidavit. No Executive Magistrate goes to check facts, but if it is saying that sworn before him, it implies that you're not lying about the facts. and if facts turn out to be wrong you will be liable not him.
