Shoes rack issue where to keep 3 flat have space and one flat

On floor 4 flats among them one flat corner side no space for shoes rack so now 3 owner keep their rack but they not allowed us to keep. Now we have keep our rack on our stair side wall that we dont want as we both r working we have to leep our dustbin n ROwater bottle. All flat owner have their shoes rack an dustbin outside the flat from 11 years. I made my rack jast in july 2023
